This website is a personal presentation and contact website of Ing. Jan Charvát.

If you send a message through the contact form, I process the data you submit only for the purpose of reviewing your message, replying to it, and handling any follow-up communication related to your request.

The contact form may collect your name, email address, message content, technical metadata needed for secure form delivery, and anti-abuse verification data processed through reCAPTCHA.

I do not use your contact-form data for advertising, profiling, or selling to third parties. I do not run third-party advertising on this website.

Your submitted data may be shared only with service providers strictly needed to operate the website and contact form, such as hosting, email delivery, and anti-abuse protection providers.
